Because of the high temperatures experienced at this time, weed control will be applied as necessary so as not to damage your lawn.

Late Summer Treatment

Cool season grasses will receive a specific formulation of fertilizer with humic acids to quicken plant recovery from summer stresses as well as prepare the soil for fall seeding. Iron is also included to enhance and maintain color.

Autumn Treatment

Now is a great time to have your fescue lawn aerated and seeded. Doing so will improve the germination process. We’ll also use a high-nitrogen fertilizer to promote fast growth and healthier color. Warm season grasses will start going dormant and will need an extended barrier of weed control to prevent winter weed issues.

Winter Treatment

Fescue grass will be kept healthy with a blend of fertilizers to introduce fresh nutrients to stimulate deep root growth. Lime will be applied to warm season grasses to help the turf exchange nutrients efficiently in the spring and summer months.
